DS Lite Vs. DSi - Is it worth the money?
You may know that the Nintendo DSi was released at the beginning of last November in Japan. So far, it has been selling well over seas, however that doesn't mean that it will be worth the money to American eyes. Here is a broken down list of the pros and cons (as well as my thoughts) on the DSi compared to the DS Lite:

Two built-in cameras - PRO - Finally, PictoChat will now really mean PICTOChat. From the moment I got the DS, I've wanted to take pictures with it, so I am ecstatic that it will include a camera. However, the quality of the photo will be that of a camera cellphone, which is a little disappointing.
Downloadable 'DS Ware' games - PRO - This is pretty cool. I have enjoyed many of the Wii Ware games, so I am excited to see what people come up with for the DS. However, I don't yet see how it will be different from the IPhone.
SD card support - PRO - This is useful for transferring music and photos, which is a nice addition. I hope to see some upcoming Wii games work together with their corresponding DS using the SD card support for some extra in-game prizes or something like that.
Larger screens - PRO - I expected as much when I first learned of the DSi. The bigger the better, right?
Slimmer, lighter design - PRO - Sure, why not? Again, that is what I expected
Built-in web browser - PRO - This is excellent. I love having the internet at the palm of my hand. Oh! The POWER!
Music playback - PRO - Cool but, to be honest, I would rather just use my Ipod for music.
4.5 mm longer stylus - PRO - I've always hated the DS Stylus, so making it longer is welcomed. Thanx...I guess.

No GBA slot - CON - Let me tell you a little story. When I first got the DS, there were only a few good games out for it. I played them, they were good, but then there was a short time span with nothing new to play, so you know what I did? I used the GBA slot to play old games and instantly fell in love with it. But now you can't?! What were they thinking? And also means no Guitar Hero....What?....I don't play that game.... *runs*
Reduced battery life - CON - WHAT? WHAT?! How can they possibly...What? OHHHH! For increased brightness. That makes it all better...NOT!
Screen resolution/quality remains the same as DS Lite - CON - When the DS Lite first came out, I was amazed at the improved screen resolution. It's a shame I won't get to experience that again.
Costs more than DS Lite- CON - But expected...
Conclusion
After reading all that, Is it still worth the money for an entirely "new" system with the same old games? I don't know. I'm still kind of on the fence about it. On one hand I don't see the need for a new DS after they made the DS Lite (other than some extra dough, of course), but on the other hand, it would be cool to have internet and a camera on your little DS, wouldn't it?
That's just my opinion, though. You must decide for yourself if it is worth the money. I just hope this helped a little bit.

No go on the Elite?
According to Fudzilla.com and their sources Microsoft could be pulling the Xbox 360 Elite. The Xbox 360 Elite models on store shelves will simply remain there until purchased by consumer. So what does this mean if the rumor is true? Well these Elite consoles would be a lot like the recently announced Resident Evil 5 Red Elite Limited Edition consoles. I would think that they would cost more as well."Once inventory is depleted, the Elite system will move to more of a limited edition role that will be available only at select retailers, and likely only in North America and Europe."
Fudzilla's sources also say that Microsoft will be offering a bigger hard drive then the biggest, 120GB drive, they have now.
Fudzilla says this is due to money and the economy as well as the fact that the Elite consoles are sold to mainly "hardcore" gamers. Lets hope for the best.
