C2008 - Registration Inquiry / Changes

So here are all the emails I have trying to get us into the pre-show, But sadly nothing has changed:

Hello my name is -------- and I have some changes that are needed.
Under Nickname I would like Kinkoman
Also on Friday’s ticket it says Ms ---------- and I am a Mr.
Also I had a question, both My Co-host and I bought at full price for each day tickets, for all four days, we do a blog/podcast and would like to attend the pre-show, as well. My question for you is under the circumstance can we still pay the price that we have already paid but still get a 4-day pass so we can get into the pre-show? Or is there a way we can but a pre-show ticket?

I have made the corrections that you requested. Unfortunately Comic-Con has stated that 4 day passes are sold out and therefore I am block from doing anything.
