
At a Google/HTC/T-Mobile Press conference help this morning, they officially announced the T-Mobile G1, a phone that is made for Google android.
HTC helped design the phone and T-Mobile is the only service provider.
The phone with run you an easy $179 compared to other phone like the $200/$300 IPhone.

I can't wait to try this phone out. The T-Mobile G1 will be available October 22, 2008. A data plan that offers 400 messages and unlimited data access for $25 a month—or add unlimited messaging for just $10 more a month is also available.
